Sourcing
A compressed sofa hides its quality until it is unboxed, so inspection must happen before sealing. Start with foam density — a simple core sample confirms you are getting the spec you paid for.
Check stitch density and zipper quality on removable covers, and verify leg hardware is the agreed finish. Then run a compression-recovery test on a sample: it should rebound to shape within the promised window with no permanent creasing.
We build these checks into every production run and share a pre-shipment report, so buyers know the container matches the approved sample.
