We only publish standards we can back with documentation. Foam is tested by SGS at our own plant in Longjiang, Shunde; certificate copies and test reports are available on request for qualified trade partners and project tenders.
Each entry below is backed by a document on file. Where a report is dated, that is the issue date of the report we hold.
Quality Management Systems

Textiles — Determination of formaldehyde — Part 2: Released formaldehyde (vapour absorption method)
SGS test report: formaldehyde not detected (ND) by ISO 14184-2:2011 — below the 20 mg/kg method detection limit. Certificate holder: Foshan Shunde Longjiang Suifeng Foam Factory — our own foam plant.
Foam sample tested Apr 2025. Reports are re-issued per order on request.
Methods of Test for Assessment of the Ignitability of Upholstered Seating (smouldering and flaming ignition sources)
SGS test report: HR polyurethane foam passes Schedule 1 Part 1 of the UK Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988 (as amended 1989, 1993 and 2010).
Material test report on file (2017). Test reports are re-issued per order — allow 6–8 weeks.
Requirements, Test Procedure and Apparatus for Testing the Smolder Resistance of Materials Used in Upholstered Furniture
SGS test report: foam passes California Technical Bulletin 117-2013 Section 3 (smoulder resistance) for the US upholstered furniture market.
Material test report on file (2017). Test reports are re-issued per order — allow 6–8 weeks.
Safety of Toys — Part 3: Migration of Certain Elements (Category III: scraped-off toy material)
SGS test report: foam passes EN 71-3:2019+A2:2024 — lead, antimony, arsenic, barium, cadmium, chromium (III & VI), mercury and selenium all not detected (ND). Certificate holder: Foshan Shunde Longjiang Suifeng Foam Factory — our own foam plant.
Foam sample tested Apr 2025. Supersedes the earlier EN 71-3:2013 report from 2017.
Specification for Resistance to Ignition of Upholstered Furniture (ignition sources 0–7)
Finished sofas are assessed against the BS 7177 ignition-resistance specification for the UK market. Foam and fabric components are tested to BS 5852 (see above).
Assessed per configuration. The BS 7177 classification report for a specific model is issued on request — allow 6–8 weeks.
US Standard for the Flammability of Mattresses (open-flame ignition)
Mattress products comply with the US 16 CFR Part 1633 open-flame flammability standard.
Applies to the mattress line. Test report for a specific model is provided on request.
SGS Testing, Inspection & Certification Services
Third-party testing partner. The SGS test reports listed above (BS 5852, California TB 117-2013, formaldehyde, EN 71-3) are all issued by SGS-CSTC.

Confidence in Textiles — Product Class I (articles for babies and toddlers), Annex 4
Upholstery fabric certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100 at Product Class I (baby articles) — the strictest limit class, Annex 4. Certificate held by our fabric mill; supporting test report BD015 274865.2. Certificate holder: PT. Ateja Tritunggal — upholstery fabric mill, Bandung, Indonesia (supplier certificate).
Supplier certificate — issued to our upholstery fabric mill (PT. Ateja Tritunggal), not to KCK.CASA directly. Valid until 30 Nov 2026.
