Sofa Series

KCK.CASA builds its catalogue around five compressed sofa series, so a distributor can cover an entire residential range without switching supplier: a single-seat accent chair, two-seat and three-seat sofas for apartments, a chaise lounge for lounge-led layouts, and a convertible sofa bed for guest rooms and short-stay rentals. Every series is produced in the same Foshan foam plant on the same platform — 36 kg/m³ high-resilience (HR) foam in a frameless full-foam body, upholstered in OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 performance fabric rated at ≥40,000 Martindale rubs.

Choosing between them comes down to three questions. First, the footprint your market actually buys: studio and one-bedroom buyers in cities such as Berlin, Paris and Amsterdam lean towards the single-seat and two-seat series, while family and suburban programmes need the three-seat and chaise configurations. Second, whether the piece has to sleep: the convertible sofa bed series is the one to lead with for holiday rentals, serviced apartments and guest rooms. Third, how much of your container you want spent on freight — because every series ships vacuum-compressed, the per-unit volume drops by up to 70%, which puts 206 to 400 units in a 40'HQ depending on configuration instead of the 30 to 40 you would get from a traditional sofa.

All five series support OEM and ODM. Minimum order is 10 sets per model, with mixed-model containers possible once the per-model MOQ is met. Standard bulk production runs 20-30 days after deposit, samples ship in 7-15 days, and custom ODM projects including prototyping take 45-70 days.
