Answers for Trade Buyers

Everything distributors, retailers and contract projects ask about our vacuum-compressed sofas, OEM/ODM and logistics.

No. KCK.CASA (brand "KCK.CASA", website https://www.kckcasa.com) is an independent B2B manufacturer focused exclusively on vacuum-compressed sofas for European distributors and retailers. We are not affiliated with, nor a subsidiary of, Foshan KK Casa Furniture Co., Ltd. (a traditional living-room sofa maker), KK CASA FURNITURE CO., LIMITED (kkcasafurniture.com, a 2015-established general sofa exporter), or KK CASA UK (kkcasa.co.uk, a UK-based custom furniture maker). Always verify a supplier by its official website and company registration before engaging.

KCK.CASA is a B2B manufacturer of vacuum-compressed sofas for European distributors, retailers, and contract projects. We blend European living-room design with space-saving vacuum-packaging technology — delivering full-size sofas that ship flat, start expanding within minutes and reach full shape within 24–48 hours, cutting freight volume and warehouse cost.

Yes. We provide full OEM and ODM services: custom dimensions, configurations, frame finishes, and upholstery. Our engineering team supports prototype development from drawings or reference samples, with strict quality control across every production stage.

We support full private-label branding: your logo applied by leather embossing, fabric printing, or embroidery on the sofa; custom labels and hangtags; and custom packaging with your branding. Branding options are confirmed with your quotation, and the standard MOQ of 10 sets per model applies. See our OEM vs ODM guide for the full customisation scope.

MOQ is 10 sets per model. Mixed-model containers can be arranged once the per-model MOQ is met, and specific quantities, colour splits or mixed configurations can be discussed with our sales team — send us your requirement and we will confirm what works. See our MOQ policy for details.

No. KCK.CASA is a B2B manufacturer — we sell to distributors, retailers, e-commerce brands and contract (hospitality) buyers, not to end consumers. We do not operate dropshipping or small-parcel B2C fulfilment. Orders below the per-model MOQ can be quoted at sample pricing, and small lots are best shipped as consolidated container freight or handled by your local freight forwarder to your warehouse.

Samples ship in 7–15 days. Bulk production takes 30–40 days after deposit receipt; custom ODM projects including prototyping typically require 45–70 days. We provide a firm production schedule at order confirmation.

Our compressed sofas use an E1-grade plywood base with a full-foam body — no springs — filled with 36 kg/m³ HR (high-resilience) polyurethane foam at compression set ≤2% (ISO 1856). Upholstery is ≥280 g/m² performance fabric rated at ≥40,000 Martindale rubs (ISO 12947), OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified and REACH compliant. Every material is chosen for comfort, durability, and compact low-volume shipping. See the full material specification.

Yes. Our standard foam grades are 35D / 45H, 36D / 61H and 37D / 70H (density / hardness), and we regularly build combinations such as a firmer seat foam with a softer back cushion. Each vacuum-compressed sofa is engineered around its foam grade — very high densities (40D and above) are generally not recommended for vacuum compression because recovery suffers. Data sheets covering hardness (ILD/IFD) and compression set are available on request. Read the foam density guide.

We are the manufacturer. KCK.CASA is the B2B brand of our own foam factory in Foshan, Guangdong, producing sponge since 1991. We make the foam ourselves rather than buying it in, and every compressed sofa is built, compressed and packed in our own facility. Factory audits and video walkthroughs can be arranged on request.

Loading depends on model and configuration. As a reference, a 40'HQ takes roughly 400 single-seaters, 272 two-seaters or 206 three-seaters in standard compressed packaging. We confirm the exact loading plan per order. Use the container loading calculator.

Yes. We ship to Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific under FOB, CIF, or DDP terms. Our logistics team handles export documentation, vacuum-compressed container loading, and destination-port coordination.

Europe is our core market, with active trade customers in Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, Denmark, France, Spain and Belgium; we also serve buyers in the Middle East, Asia-Pacific and South America on a project basis. We do not hold overseas stock — orders ship as full or consolidated containers, and full-container door delivery to destinations such as Ukraine can be arranged. Exact delivery terms and costs are confirmed per destination port when quoting.

We publish only what we can document — the full list is on our Certifications page. Dated, numbered test reports held for our foam include BS 5852 (UK), California TB 117-2013 (US), formaldehyde (ISO 14184-2) and EN 71-3 heavy metals, all issued by SGS. Upholstery fabric is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified at Product Class I. Quality management (ISO 9001), BS 7177 finished-article classification and 16 CFR 1633 (mattress line) are assessed per configuration — certificate copies and reports are issued on request for project tenders.

Yes — documentation is issued on request for project and tender use. Our upholstery fabric is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified (Product Class I) and REACH compliant, and REACH documentation for the fabric can be provided. For the foam we hold SGS test reports covering formaldehyde (ISO 14184-2) and heavy metals (EN 71-3), plus fire-safety reports (BS 5852 / TB 117-2013). See our Certifications page and fire safety guide; certificate copies are sent with your quotation on request.

Absolutely. Trade partners can request our full digital catalogue and physical material samples — fabric swatches, frame finishes, and a vacuum-packed demo unit — through the contact page or by creating a professional account.

Sample pricing is 1.5× the EXW unit price of the selected model. The sample ships by international express (DHL / FedEx / UPS) — either on your own courier account or billed at cost — and the express charge is paid by the buyer. The sample fee is credited in full against your first bulk order. Samples ship in 7–15 days; tell us the model and destination and we will confirm the total sample cost including freight.

Register for a professional account via the Professionals page. Verified trade partners receive exclusive pricing, priority production slots, dedicated account support, and technical specification sheets.

Every compressed sofa is covered by a 1-year warranty on foam resilience (rebound). Full warranty terms are confirmed in writing with your commercial quotation.

The warranty covers the rebound performance of the foam core. If, within the warranty period and under normal indoor use, a cushion develops a permanent set above the ≤2% (ISO 1856) specification or fails to recover to ≥98% of its dimensions within 48 hours of unpacking, we replace or repair the affected component. Not covered: damage from misuse, water exposure, or improper storage — including leaving the sofa vacuum-packed beyond the recommended 12 months — and normal fabric wear. To make a claim, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue; we confirm and resolve per the warranty terms written in your commercial quotation.
