KCK.CASA is an independent B2B manufacturer focused exclusively on vacuum-compressed sofas for European distributors, retailers and contract projects. We are a single-brand company with our own foam factory in Foshan, Guangdong, China.

The compressed sofa was our answer to a problem every European furniture buyer knows: full-size seating is expensive to ship, slow to restock and eats warehouse space. By engineering sofas that vacuum-pack to about a third of their volume — and rebound to full shape within 24 hours — we let our partners stock more models per container and react to demand faster. Every unit is built to order with 36D high-density foam for lasting support that survives compression, long-haul transit and years of daily use.
Our roots: since 1991 in Longjiang Town, Shunde District, Foshan. Our sponge factory was founded in 1991 in Longjiang — the heart of China's furniture manufacturing hub — and has spent 30+ years innovating materials and production processes for high-quality sponge, foam mattresses and compressed sofas. Today we serve OEM/ODM partners with foam we research and develop ourselves.
