1. Who we are

KCK.CASA is a B2B compressed-sofa brand operating its own foam factory in Longjiang, Shunde District, Foshan, Guangdong, China. We produce vacuum-compressed sofas for distributors, retailers and private-label brands.

For anything in this policy — including any request about your own data — the contact point is sales@kckcasa.com. Our registered entity name, business licence and export credentials are provided with quotations and invoices, and can be shared up front for a tender or supplier-verification check on request.

2. What we collect

When you send an enquiry

Our contact form asks for your name, email address, telephone number, the market you sell into, the product and quantity you are interested in, and your message. Sending the form is voluntary; without an email address we cannot reply.

When you register a trade account

Account registration stores your name, company name, email address and a password hash. We never store your password in readable form.

When you browse

If you keep browsing and then submit an enquiry, your browser sends us the pages you viewed on this site, how long you spent on each, the page that referred you here, and any models you marked as favourites. This is stored in your own browser first and is only transmitted when you submit a form. We use it to understand which models a buyer actually compared before writing in, so the reply is relevant.

Automatically

Like any web server, ours logs the IP address, browser type, requested URL and time of each request for security and troubleshooting.

3. Why we collect it

• To answer your enquiry — pricing, lead time, samples, technical documents. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
• To perform a contract — order handling, production, shipping documents, after-sales. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• To improve the site and our range — aggregate statistics about which models and guides are read. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a commercial website, balanced against your rights.
• To keep the site secure — blocking abusive traffic and spam submissions. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We do not send marketing email to addresses that wrote to us unless you ask to be added to a list.

4. Cookies & analytics

This site itself does not set advertising cookies. We use the following third-party tools, which may set cookies or read identifiers:

• Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics 4 — aggregate traffic and conversion statistics (pages viewed, country, device type). Google may process this data outside the EEA under its own safeguards.
• Microsoft Clarity — anonymised session recordings and heatmaps, used to find usability problems in forms and navigation.
• Google reCAPTCHA — spam protection on our forms. It may set cookies and evaluate browser signals.

You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site continues to work. If you prefer not to be measured, browser extensions that block analytics and a browser-level "do not track" setup are both effective here, because we do not attempt to circumvent them.

5. Who else sees it

Only parties that help us run the business, and only what they need:

• our email and hosting providers, which store the messages you send;
• freight forwarders and couriers, once an order or sample shipment is being arranged;
• testing laboratories, if you ask for a report in your company's name;
• professional advisers, if a dispute or a legal obligation requires it.

We will disclose data if a competent authority lawfully requires it. We will not publish your identity or your order details — trade references are only ever shared with your permission.

6. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become orders — up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Customer and order records — for as long as the account is active, plus the period required by Chinese accounting and export rules.
• Server and analytics logs — rolling retention, typically 14 months for analytics.

7. Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, you have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased, where we do not have a legal duty to keep it;
• restrict or object to certain processing, including profiling for site analytics;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• lodge a complaint with your national data-protection authority.

Write to sales@kckcasa.com with "Data request" in the subject line. We reply within 30 days and will not charge you for a first request.

8. International transfers

We are based in China, so an enquiry from Europe necessarily involves transferring your details to China so that we can quote and produce. We keep the transferred set to what is needed to answer you, and we use contractual confidentiality with the service providers we rely on.
